What Dolgit cream is? Medicine for rubbing into the skin containing ibuprofen. Suitable for the treatment of rheumatic and non-rheumatic complaints. Relieves swelling, inflammation, pain. The medicine is intended for the local treatment of injuries of the locomotor system, such as bruises, sprains, sprains, dislocations and muscle strains, during sports or accidents. On the recommendation of a doctor, the medicine is used for the treatment of acute or chronic inflammatory and painful disease states of the locomotor system (inflammatory rheumatic diseases of the joints, diseases of the spine, swelling or inflammation of soft tissues adjacent to the joints, e.g. tendons, tendon sheaths, ligaments and joint capsules, also for shoulder stiffness, muscle pain, lumbago, pain associated with degenerative joint disease (arthrosis) and vein inflammation. The medicine is intended for adults and children from 14 years of age. ✅Pain in joints, tendons and muscles, Bones, spine, Swelling, abrasions, bruises Dosing and dosage schemes: A 4-10 cm long strip of cream (equivalent to 80-200 mg of ibuprofen) is usually applied 3-4 times a day at intervals of 3-4 hours to the affected area. The medicine can be used for 14 days without consulting a doctor. The length of treatment is determined by the doctor. 2-3 weeks are usually sufficient for rheumatic diseases, 2 weeks for sports injuries or accidents. Do not use the medicine for more than 14 days without consulting a doctor. If the symptoms of the disease do not improve within 3 days, or if they worsen, or if adverse effects or unusual reactions occur, the further use of the medicine should be consulted with a doctor. Way of use: The cream is applied to the affected area and rubbed into the skin easily. Penetration of the cream through the skin can be supported by the use of an occlusive dressing or iontophoresis. In iontophoresis, the cream is applied to the cathode (negative electrode). The intensity of the current should be 0.1-0.5 mA on 5 cm2 of the electrode surface, the duration of iontophoretic administration approximately 15 minutes. After applying the medicine to the affected area, it is recommended to wash your hands (unless the hands are to be the application site). CONTRAINDICATIONS DOLGIT CREAM must not be used in case of known hypersensitivity to ibuprofen, excipients and other anti-inflammatory medicines (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicines), which have been manifested by asthma attacks, urticaria or runny nose in the past. DOLGIT CREAM must not be used on broken skin surfaces (open wounds or skin diseases) or mucous membranes. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, it can be used only on the recommendation of a doctor. Do not apply on large surfaces for a long time while breastfeeding, do not use in the last third of pregnancy. Warning: During pregnancy and breastfeeding, the drug can only be used for a short time and only on the recommendation of a doctor. The drug should not be used in the last trimester of pregnancy due to the possibility of influencing the course of childbirth and the risk of increased bleeding. When breastfeeding, the medicine must not be applied to large areas for a long time. The drug is contraindicated in children under 14 years of age. The cream must not be used on damaged skin (open wounds or skin diseases), mucous membranes and eyes. The simultaneous application of other locally acting substances to the same place is not recommended. The medicine is not recommended to be diluted or mixed with other gel or ointment base. Possible side effects: Like all medicines, this medicines can cause side effects, although not everybody get them. No side effects have been observed with this medicine so far, in case of a rare allergic reaction to a component of the medicine or pain, do not continue and to take it and contact your doctor
