One of the main ingredients of Diet Shake is whey protein concentrate which is the main protein source of the product. The product also contains 6 different dietary fibre sources which have important physiological effects. We’ve enriched the product with soluble dietary fibres, such as glucomannan, oat, psyllium husk, inulin, flax seed powder and citrus fibre. Glucomannan and psyllium husk are often used to thickening, because they absorb water effectively and swell up to several times their own weight.
